At Luxe Martin, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances and your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.
- To cancel an order, please email us immediately at luxemartin11@gmail.com with your order number.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- You must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Send clear photos of the damaged or wrong item to luxemartin11@gmail.com for review.
Conditions for Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Refunds are not applicable for reasons of personal fragrance preference.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless the product delivered is incorrect or damaged.
