- Order Tracking: Once shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
Note: Delivery delays may occur during festivals, holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics issues.
🔁 Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of our products (perfumes), we do not accept returns for reasons such as personal scent preferences. However, we are committed to resolving any genuine issues.
You may request a replacement or refund only if:
- The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery.
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- You share clear images of the damaged or incorrect product.

- Include photos for quick verification.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (as applicable).
Returns are not accepted without prior approval. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
